Welcome to Cloud Meadow Path. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the website at cloudmeadowpath.com (the "Site") or any services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Cloud Meadow Path ("us", "we", "our").
Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16 years old, you may only use our Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
When booking a service through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and the service requested. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking if fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or message from us. A booking request does not guarantee availability of the requested service at the requested time.
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. For bridal bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests for changes to appointments, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your appointment.
We make every effort to accurately describe our services. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
We accept various payment methods, which are specified during the booking process. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchase. If we are required to collect taxes, they will be added to your total at checkout.
